Join us on August 6, 2016 for a low cost blood screening. The basic package, which includes 38-test blood screening covers cancer, diabetes, heart disease kidney and liver disease, anemia, and calcium. Fasting required and permission from your doctor.

Cost: $40.00 for the 38 panel of test and $5.00 processing fee
