Local Chapter: Buffalo Niagara
Renee has been a members of Buffalo Niagara NYSWI for 7 years. She was the chapter president from 2010-2012. She is responsible for the chapter's web site and social media presence. She also responsible for maintaining the Region VIII's web site. She has been involved on the state level managing their web site, social media and the development of the membership database.
Renee received her Masters in Informatics from the University at Buffalo.
Renee started her own business in 2000 called RLComputing. Her company focuses on web site design, social media and print design. She has been an adjunct professor for UB, Bryant & Straton and Niagara University. She also travels as a consultant for colleges all over the US and Canada.
Renee is the President of the Educational Technology Foundation of WNY which helps provide technology to kids in underserved areas. She has been involved with the organization since 2003. She is active in the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of WNY too.
